Demonstrate any throw from the following attacking techniques:

The above counters are to be demonstrated effectively and with no hesitation. A committed attack from Uke will test Tori’s instinctive response to counter with Ippon throw.

• Complete set of Nage No Kata
• Demonstrate any 15 throws of the examiners choice, from the (26) grading structure throwing techniques
• Demonstrate any 15 groundwork of the examiners choice, from the (22) grading structure groundwork techniques
• Club Coach Award Level 1
• Club Refereeing Course

Contest

• 3 wins against similar grade or line up of mixed grades.
• 1 draw
• No losses allowed
