On Sunday 28th October JFAUK celebrated world judo day, on the anniversary of Jigoro Kano’s birthday by hosting one of our regular Randori sessions at the Sobell Judo Club.

Consisting of 3 hours of judo gymnastics, movement exercises, superb judo and challenging strength and conditioning; the session truly gave each its participants a test of not only skill, but will and determination to see it through to the end.
The tatami was shared by judoka both young and old, novice and experience, giving every participant a varied practice that helped them to further their judo development.
Thank you to all who travelled to the dojo to take part in the session. Our next randori will be held at the end of November so keep your eyes on our page to find out when the date is announced. Video coming shortly.
